Terms and Conditions

 

Following are the key terms and conditions of our service. 

• The accommodation is for women only.

• All rates for the accommodation (Studio Room and Standard Room) quoted are per person per month on a twin sharing basis. If you would like to have the room without sharing you will have to pay double the charges.

• Vegetarian breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner will be provided.

• Linen will be changed once a week.

• Daily housekeeping for maintenance will be undertaken.

• In case room key is lost Rs. 650 will be charged.

• Any damage to the room or bathroom will be to the occupants.

• Fifteen days' notice will be given by either party for terminating occupancy.

• The Management will have the right to vacate you immediately for not adhering to the house rules.

• The Management shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings.

• The Management will not be responsible for any personal injury within the hostel premises or outside the premises.

• Drying of clothes will be permitted only on the terrace of the Building.

• Food will be served in the dining hall only. 

• No outside visitors will be allowed in the room.

• Gates will close by 10 PM.

• Consumption of liquor and smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.

• Cheques/DD should be drawn in favour of M/s TESORO Properties.

• Subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction.

• Advance rent for the month is to be paid on or before the 5th of every month.

• No rent rebate will be given under any circumstances. 

• A deposit of Rs. 7,500 will be collected before check-in.

• Rs. 2,000 will be deducted from the deposit at the time of vacating, towards maintenance charges.

• The kitchen will be closed for Sunday Lunch for cleaning and maintenance.
